We offer comprehensive general practice, specialist care and allied health services to meet our patient's needs. We are the current winners of the National AGPAL Excellence Award
To support our team, we are now seeking a casual receptionist to:
* Greet patients, answer telephone calls and book patient appointments.
* Provide quality customer service to patients, doctors, nurses and allied health professionals
* Undertake housekeeping of the reception area and clinic rooms
* Support the reception team with day to day operations
* Maintain confidentiality while managing patient records
* Work as part of a team
You will be someone who is seeking a fulfilling casual role and available for shifts on: Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 1.30pm to 7.30pm and Tuesday mornings from 7.45am to 1.45pm.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate well to patients, staff, practitioners and health care professionals
* A positive attitude and a friendly demeanour
* Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
* Well-presented and punctual
* Enjoy working in a busy and engaging work environment whilst being proactive
