Relocation support:Intrastate (over 100kms) - up to $2,500, Interstate - up to $5,000, Overseas - up to $8,000

About the Role
Exciting opportunities exist for a skilled clinician to join either theAcute Response TeamorPrevention and Recovery Care Team.
Our multidisciplinary professionals are from an array of backgrounds and disciplines and work across a range of settings and services including:
Adult Mental Health
Community Mental Health
Acute Adult Inpatient Unit
Aged Persons Mental Health
Child and Youth Mental Health
Who Were Looking For
Post-graduate qualification or equivalent in mental health
Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
Minimum of three-year post-graduate experience
Sound knowledge of principles and practice of psychiatric care
Demonstrates competence in completion of a comprehensive assessment of consumers suffering mental illness including mental state examination and risk assessment
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to liaise and negotiate with other staff and agencies
Evidence of ability to work with consumers in a family, gender, culture and diversity sensitive manner
A sound knowledge of the Mental Health Act (Vic) ****.
A demonstrated capacity to work autonomously in a community mental health setting
To display the ability or understanding of AOD screening and assessment of substance use/withdrawal and the principles of an integrated mental health and AOD treatment approach
