About the Role
* Own monthly financial reporting, statutory compliance, and payroll
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis
* Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, controls, and reporting
* Establish and oversee enterprise risk management and internal audit frameworks
* Partner with leaders across the business to support performance and growth
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in a senior financial or commercial leadership role
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic outcomes
* Deep knowledge of accounting, payroll, tax, and compliance (Australian IFRS/GAAP)
* Experience improving ERP systems, processes, and controlsAbility to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* CA or CPA qualified (essential)
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
