Kaleido Health Centre (“Kaleido”) is a new, purpose‑built multidisciplinary health service, the first of its kind in NSW, providing high‑quality, inclusive, and person‑centred care for sexuality and gender diverse (LGBTQ+) communities.
We offer a welcoming and collaborative clinical environment where General Practitioners are central to delivering integrated care across a broad range of services, including general practice, mental health, gender‑affirming care, alcohol and other drug support, and cancer screening and prevention.
Our model has been developed in close consultation with LGBTQ+ communities, with a focus on meeting unmet and urgent healthcare needs through safe, affirming, and trauma‑informed care. As the service grows, additional disciplines and providers will join the team, creating more opportunities for integrated, multidisciplinary care.
Although Kaleido was established through years of advocacy led by ACON, it operates as a separate, independent service with its own Board, Mission and Values, and a unique scope of delivery tailored to the needs of LGBTQ+ people in NSW.
This is an exciting opportunity for a General Practitioner to join a growing and innovative health centre at a formative stage, contribute to shaping its clinical culture, and make a lasting impact on LGBTQ+ health in NSW.

We are grounded in the belief that diversity is our strength, our differentiator, and at the core of who we are and what we do. As part of our commitment to inclusion, we encourage applications from people living with HIV, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and LGBTQ+ people from culturally, linguistically and ethnically diverse, migrant and refugee backgrounds, and LGBTQ+ people of colour.
