Duties
* You will be responsible for liaising with team members on operations and obligations.

* Maintenance of confidential files and documents is a critical aspect of this role.
* Attendance at meetings and acting as secretary as required is also necessary.
* Maintaining appointment diaries and making travel arrangements are key responsibilities.
* Processing mail, filing correspondence, and maintaining records are important duties.
* Screening telephone calls and answering inquiries are essential skills.
* Performing accounting duties such as payroll and accounts is a significant responsibility.
* Maintaining organisational spreadsheets and reporting is also required.
Requirements
* AQF Certificate III or IV is the minimum qualification required.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role is necessary.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite is a must.
* Discretion and trustworthiness with sensitive information are crucial.
* Proactivity, adaptability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are highly valued.
