What You'll Do
* Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
* Support and deliver employee and leader development, cultural programs and workshops
* Respond to employee queries with care and professionalism
* Maintain accurate people data and reporting insights to support decision‑making
* Drive consistency and compliance in HR systems and processes
* Champion diversity, inclusion, and engagement across the site
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
* Experience across employee relations, investigations, and performance management
* Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of confidentiality
* Previous FIFO or mining industry experience is highly regarded though not essential
* Current Driver's Licence
