Summary
The Imprest Manager will lead and manage imprest inventory solutions, warehousing and the internal clinical consumables distribution processes throughout the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service (GCHHS), with an aim to introduce initiatives to improve processes and gain efficiencies in the supply chain process. Based in Southport.
The Role
An opportunity has become available for an Imprest Manager to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Provide quality support services and advice to the Director, Business Operations, senior management, clinical business areas and other key stakeholders
- Manage business processes that support Imprest service activities including staff recruitment and selection, contract management and cost centre management
- Provide leadership, advice and training to direct reports comprising of an Imprest Supervisor and Imprest Officers, accelerating the performance of the team
- Support the Business Operations team in operational planning, performance reporting and development
- Review and support the implementation of service improvement strategies
About you
**To be successful in this position you will require**:
- Experience in the use of S/4HANA or similar operating systems and/or proficient computing skills and experience
- Proven success or the ability to, leading and managing high performing Imprest teams
- Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Pertussis (Whooping Cough), Hepatitis B and COVID 19
- Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed

- Permanent full time
- Base salary ranging from $94 221 - $98 920 per annum
