About the role
We are looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-focused Consultant to create exceptional service to SPL clients. In this role, you will guide customers through our products, offer advice, and help them find solutions that best meet their needs.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing expert guidance, and creating positive experiences for customers.
The Role:
* Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Demonstrate products while offering personalised advice and recommendations to suit individual customer requirements, (training provided)
* Provide a high level of customer service to both retail and commercial clients
* Identify opportunities to assist customers further, introducing additional products and services when appropriate
* Respond to customer enquiries and proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
* Assist with product displays and stock replenishment when required
* Work collaboratively with team members to support customers and the showroom
* Contributing to the overall sales and customer satisfaction objectives of the business
* Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented showroom environment
About You
As the successful candidate, you will have:
* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably showroom or retail experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen and understand customer needs
* Ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships
* Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help customers find the right product
* Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture
