MOBILE STORE SALES ASSISTANT
Full-Time Permanent Position – Immediate Start
We are seeking a motivated and driven individual with a genuine passion for customer service and sales. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn about the Snap-on Tools business, we would love to hear from you.
This role involves travel throughout the Mackay, Moranbah, and Whitsunday regions, including regular overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist Mobile Store Sales Managers as required
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Unpack, check, and manage incoming stock
* Load stock and prepare mobile store trucks
* Merchandise and present stock to company standards
* Demonstrate and sell hand tools, air tools, and diagnostic products
* Process payment transactions
* Operate onboard computer systems
* Perform general administrative duties
* Maintain warehouse cleanliness
* Wash and clean company trucks
Ideal Candidate
* Excellent customer service skills and professional presentation
* Automotive background or broad tool knowledge (preferred)
* Strong computer and numeracy skills
* Full manual driver's licence (willing to obtain a medium rigid licence)
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Strong time management, attention to detail, and reliability
* Ability to follow instructions and maintain high work standards
