We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Technician to join our Cohuna team.
What You'll Do
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will work as part of a team with a primary focus on safe work practices in all daily tasks, whether that's within a workshop, branch environment or in field installations. You will also:
* Conduct irrigation fabrications and installations, both within a workshop environment or on‐site.
* Conduct repairs, both within a workshop environment or on‐site as necessary, and respond to emergency breakdowns.
* Perform installations of pumping/irrigation systems and other related components as called upon by our customer base.
* Contribute to the maintenance of a safe workplace, inclusive of the safe operation of company plant and equipment.
What You'll Bring
* Previous relevant work experience, ideally with trade qualifications in plumbing, building or mechanical trades.
* Experience in welding & installation of HDPE irrigation systems is desirable; training can be provided on the job for the right candidate.
* Travel as required for projects that involve time away from the office.
* Current driver's licence is essential.
* Truck, forklift and crane licences are an advantage.
