Flexible Career Opportunity : Casual Administration Officer – Ceduna Family Medical Practice

We are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Officer to provide high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative support to clients, staff, and committees within the Ceduna Family Medical Practice. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of medical, allied, and primary health care services across the practice.

Reporting to the Medical Practice Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing reception, administrative support, and providing timely financial, clerical, and personnel services to ensure the smooth operation of the health unit.

What We're Looking For

* Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs.
* Demonstrated experience in file management and the use of administrative and data base systems.
* Demonstrated experience in working effectively in a team environment to achieve goals.
