Role Summary
The Franchise Acquisitions Manager ANZ will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expansion across the region.
* Deliver business results through strategic acquisitions, forging strong partnerships with franchise partners to drive revenue and market share.
* Identify and engage potential independent store sellers, facilitating data collection for informed review and negotiation.
* Collaborate closely with Finance Directors and cross-functional teams to secure seamless transactions between buyers and sellers.
* Work in tandem with Regional Operations Managers and Franchise Partners to identify and capitalize on acquisition opportunities.
* Develop comprehensive business plans with prospective partners, maximizing sales and expansion potential while ensuring brand protection through compliance with legal agreements and trading terms.
