We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Carpenter / All-rounder to join our energetic team for FIFO projects departing from Cairns. Immediate start available.
About the Role:
This position involves a wide range of construction and infrastructure work including:
- Roofing
- Concreting
- Conveyor installations
- General building tasks on mine infrastructure projects
We’re looking for a versatile tradesperson who works well in a team, adapts easily to different job requirements, and brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desirable Skills:
- Welding
- Plant and truck operation - EWP, Crane, Working at Heights licence desirable
Additional skills may attract a higher pay rate.
Roster & Pay:
- FIFO roster: 7:7 or 14:7 depending on project requirements
- Pay: $60–$65/hour (based on experience)
- 11.5-hour workdays

Requirements:
- Certificate III in Carpentry
- Must pass an MMQ Medical and Drug & Alcohol test
