Job Title: Demand & Supply Planner - 10 Month Contract

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, we are seeking a Demand & Supply Planner who can join our team on a 10-month contract. This role will be based in our North Sydney Office. The main responsibilities include accurately forecasting SKU level sales, ensuring high stock availability for our retail network and wholesale partners, and maintaining lean stock holdings. Collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team to develop and maintain SKU level forecasts for L'Occitane ANZ affiliate is also crucial. Ensuring product life cycles are correctly maintained involves launching new products timely, phasing out end-of-life products according to company plans and inventory targets, and managing product substitutions effectively. Utilizing MRP analysis and FuturMaster Forecasting Tool to build an 18-month forecast plan is essential. Measuring and analyzing sales forecast accuracy with MAPE & BIAS requires collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams. Clear and timely communication across business through Weekly Retail Meetings and CIP meetings is vital. Additionally, coordinating and following up on sea and air shipments with freight forwarders and central logistic teams is required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Prior experience in FMCG/Retail Supply Chain (demand, supply, or replenishment planning) is preferred. Dealing with perishable items is also desirable. A strong work ethic, focus on achieving results, relationship building skills, and confident articulation at all levels of the business are necessary. Experience with FuturMaster is beneficial, as is knowledge of Navision or SAP systems.
