6-month contract Opportunity - Manager ICT Operations

**Your recent role**
The Manager, ICT Operations is a crucial role for provision and management of ICT infrastructure at company. Leading a team of technical specialists, the role requires a superior level of technical expertise to develop and implement secure and reliable technology solutions. The role also has responsibility for coordinating an effective response to any out-of-hours emergency.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Manage ICT Day to Day Operations including ICT operational processes and procedures.
- Manage ICT Security function for the company including liaison with external ICT security forums.
- Management of ICT Infrastructure, Data Centre, Network & Service Desk
- Manage and report on ICT operational SLA's
- Provide leadership and guidance to a dedicated team of IT support and administration specialists and assist in the management of individual and team performance and development utilising the company Performance Planning and Development (PDP) process and ongoing performance management strategies
- Manage asset lifecycle and refreshment program of work
- Provide advice on the ICT technical implications of project solutions
- Perform work after hours and other duties where required.
- Experience in delivering ICT operational outcomes
- Experience in managing Microsoft, Cisco, IBM Domino and Oracle enterprise environments
- Experience in providing and managing security services
- Experience in providing and managing network services
- Experience in maintaining infrastructure to defined SLA's
- Experience in managing asset lifecycle and refreshment programs of work
- Experience in providing ICT technical implications of project solutions
