Job Title: HR Operations Specialist
This role plays a vital part in ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient employee lifecycle management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Improve workflows to support a seamless employee and manager experience including onboarding, exit, position changes, contract management, and compliance tracking.
* Lead operational improvements, support digital system enhancements, and ensure our practices align with policy, legislation, and strategic direction.
* Provide guidance on employment arrangements, support workplace change processes, and offer advice on complex or sensitive people matters when needed.
* Manage direct reports and work closely with the broader People and Culture team, as well as key partners like payroll and IT.
Key Requirements:
* A strong background in HR operations and a track record of improving systems and processes.
* Comfortable navigating complex employment matters, but passionate about making HR work better by building workflows, reducing duplication, and supporting managers with clear tools.
* Collaborative, organised, and confident influencing across levels.

Compensation: $123,958 to $148,016 per annum + $1,000 pa Transport allowance + 12% superannuation. 35 hours per week with access to flexi time.
