Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business performance.
* Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and developing long-term loyalty.
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
* Strong sales and customer service skills, able to close high-value sales.
* Excellent product knowledge with a creative eye for interiors and design.
* Confident and skilled communicator, comfortable following up by phone and re-engaging customers.
* Hands-on approach with a willingness to step up and deliver results.
* Reliable, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
* Growth mindset, always seeking new ideas and evolving professionally.
* Proficient in using admin platforms, including CRM systems and Shopify.
* Target-driven & KPI management, experience working towards targets and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Must hold or be eligible for a valid work permit in Australia.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Sales experience in furniture or homewares is highly regarded.
* Experience in Interior Design or current study in the field is also a strong advantage.
* A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
