Job Description
This hands-on role includes:
* Overseeing financial and accounting operations for the ANZ business
* Developing financial strategies to support growth and profitability
* Acting as a business partner to the Commercial Director and other departments
* Maintaining robust financial reporting systems and compliance processes
* Managing financial risks and ensuring business continuity
* Overseeing cashflow, including weekly and monthly forecasting and reporting
* Leading a small team of 2 and fostering a positive working environment
* Collaborating with offshore and shared service teams to ensure timely and accurate month-end close
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Interim Financial Controller Should Have
* A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field and CA/CPA membership
* Proven leadership experience managing a Finance department
* Strong business partnering background in a similar role
* Exposure to global operations or multinational business structures is advantageous
* Excellent strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
