**Centre**: Goodstart South Nowra
**Employment Type**: Full time, 38 hours, Permanent

As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.
On a day to day in this role you will be covering non-contact time across all the rooms of the services as a float Educator. You will have experience in adapting between rooms, ages and programs throughout the day. You will be mentored by the centre leadership team of director, teachers, and Ed Leader to develop a deeper understanding of Key Educator Relationships and there are future opportunities to step into an In-room role as the centre needs. The team's culture is very supportive and understand and has a strong sense of teamwork. The team are very respectful of each other, understanding everyone brings something special to the team and utilising strengths to support the needs of each other.

**You'll need**:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
