This is a senior, hands-on role with full accountability for operational performance, resident experience, teamleadershipand commercial outcomes. Working closely with internal stakeholders,you'llplay a key role in bringingapt'sbrand and service promise to life on the ground.
You'll:
* Take full operational responsibility for the Meadowbank property
* Lead,mentorand develop the on-site team, building a strong, service-led culture
* Drive leasing performance, residentretentionand community engagement initiatives
* Manage budgets,forecastsand financial performance to deliver strong commercial outcomes
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and issue resolution
* Build trusted relationships with residents,partnersand service providers
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, safetyrequirementsand operating procedures
* Identifyopportunities to enhance resident experience, operationalefficiencyand asset performance
* Act as the face of the building,representingapt with professionalism and authenticity
Whatwe'relooking for:
* Proven experience leading large-scale residential, BTR, hospitality or mixed-use assets
* Strong people leader witha track recordof building high-performing teams
* Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and performance outcomes
* Passion for delivering exceptional resident or customer experiences
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable using property management systems and modern technology
* Relevant real estate qualifications and/or tertiary education in property, hospitality or a related field highly regarded
