As our new Administration Officer, you'll be essential to keeping the wheels turning - providing admin support across a range of portfolios, including child, adolescent, and adult mental health services.

You won't just be stuck behind a desk either - this role offers variety, community engagement, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to culturally responsive care.

In This Role, You'll


* Support YAMHS clinicians and SEWB staff with admin tasks that allow them to focus on community care
* Assist with coordination and logistics across inpatient, community, and cultural healing spaces
* Be part of a team that actively participates in community events and outreach
* Help uphold a culturally safe, supportive and connected workplace
* Contribute to a service that's for mob and led by mob

About You

You bring heart, drive, and a commitment to cultural integrity.

While admin skills are important, what really matters is your passion for supporting mob and being part of a culturally grounded, team-oriented environment.

You Must Have
* A strong commitment to Aboriginal social emotional wellbeing and holistic health care
* Demonstrated ability to provide admin support in a dynamic, community-centred setting
* Good communication, organisation, and time management skills
* Willingness to engage in ongoing cultural and professional development
* This is an Identified Position – applicants must be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent (confirmation required)

This is a Category A position.
