Crosscom is a leading supplier and integrator of two-way radio products infrastructure & services. They work with major industrial government transport mining resources and utilities across Australia and New Zealand.

They design supply and install telecommunications solutions to help their clients keep their workforce safe and manage their critical assets. Crosscom is part of the CSE Global Group operating in over 20 countries and listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

In this opportunity as Sales Administrator, your role will focus on general administration supporting the Sales and Operations team. You will work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to coordinate and streamline the sales order process and provide support assistance to achieve goals including:

* Liaise on service orders and generate quotations
* Maintain customer files and database records
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction around their service
* Advocate for customers and elevate any issues for quick resolution
* Process customer purchase orders with accuracy around data and customer requirements
* Take ownership of policy and governance around the sale process overseeing consistent service delivery in line with process
* Work with Technical Services to coordinate delivery and logistics


Requirements?

* A positive team-orientated attitude with a willingness to help others with a can-do attitude
* Excellent customer service skills both face-to-face and over the phone
* Intermediate MS Office skills Outlook Word Excel
* Ideal experience of 2-3 years in a sales support environment
* Cert III in Business Administration or experience with Service Based Accounting software desirable
* Working knowledge of ERP systems with Business Central BC desirable
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills to understand a situation and create solutions
