Job Description
A great opportunity has become available to support clients with disability, injury, illness, and disadvantage to build better working lives.
You will be responsible for ensuring all placed clients are supported and contacted at least fortnightly.
* Assist with management of claims.
* Identify areas where alternative or additional training is required and facilitate this support where appropriate.
* Track all placements and maintain up-to-date records.
* Provide on-the-job support to participants and employers to ensure Participants maintain sustainable and ongoing employment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced administration environment.
* Can-do attitudes.
* Outcomes-oriented vision with proactive approaches.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Proven experience working with targets and KPI's.
* Ability to problem-solve and implement new strategies.
