About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and supporting the execution of day-to-day marketing activities as we redefine financial solutions for Australians aged 55+ and help shape the future of our lending business.
This position requires a proactive, energetic individual with strong initiative and a passion for learning. The role spans content development, print and above the line marketing, event management, grassroots marketing, and the creation of marketing collateral for both B2B and B2C audiences. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the CPMO but also work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and projects. The right candidate will have the opportunity to learn and build a career as our business grows.
Key responsibilities include:
Content development and execution across multiple channels including digital
Event co-ordination and execution including webinars and community engagement activities
Sales and marketing support for both B2B and B2C channels
Management of timelines, schedules and deliverables for marketing projects
Analyse marketing media performance to maximise ROI
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of marketing experience (financial services experience preferred but not essential)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic analytics
Strong desire to grow and develop within a high-growth start-up
Experience in planning and executing events desired but not mandatory
