Evening Bar Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Evening Bar Supervisor to take ownership of drink production and bar operations during evening service.
This role is primarily a hands-on drinks-making position, combined with supervisory responsibility for the bar. You will be actively making all juices, smoothies, and acai bowls while ensuring the bar runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The Role
As the Evening Bar Supervisor, your main responsibility is drink preparation, alongside full oversight of the bar section.
You will:
* Prepare all juices, smoothies, and acai bowls to recipe and presentation standards
* Work independently or with a team at the bar while maintaining service flow
* Take responsibility for the bar during your shift
* Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels are maintained
* Monitor quality and consistency of all bar products
* Address customer questions or concerns relating to bar items
* Manage all issues within the bar and escalate to the manager if required
* Communicate clearly with floor staff and managers to support service
A Service Manager or Shift Manager will be on shift; however, you are accountable for the bar, its output, and its standards throughout service.
About You
* Specific experience in juice and smoothie preparation is essential for this role
* Minimum 1-2 years of drinks making experience required
* Comfortable working independently while supervising your section
* Supervisory or leadership experience preferred but not essential
* Calm, organised under pressure
* Confident communicator with customers and team members
* Reliable with consistent availability for set evening hours
* Must be consistently available for evening shifts from 3pm to midnight/ 4pm to 1am
* Must be available to work weekends as part of the 5 day weekly schedule
* Must have Australian work rights at time of application

Pay: $67,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
