A Change Manager position is available in an IT team managing a large-scale SAP project.
The successful candidate will have experience in ERP projects, preferably SAP, and strong change management knowledge and tools expertise.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Developing and implementing change plans and assessments to ensure readiness
 * Creating training materials and delivering training sessions to stakeholders
 * Providing excellent stakeholder engagement, vendor management, communication, and facilitation skills
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
A tertiary qualification in Change Management, Business Analysis, or a related field is required. Proficiency in PowerBI, SharePoint, Visio, O365, and familiarity with Digital Adoption Platforms are highly desirable.
