Assistant Store Manager Role
Our team is looking for a dedicated and passionate leader to support our store's growth and success. As Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, motivate the team, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Driving sales and KPIs, while maintaining visual merchandising standards.
* Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve outstanding results in sales and customer experience.
* Monitoring and analysing store sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis – celebrating successes and identifying areas for improvement.
* Managing rosters and wage spend to meet company targets and operational efficiency goals.
* Couching and mentoring team members to drive high morale, ongoing training, and succession planning.
* Overseeing stock levels, store presentation, shrinkage control, and operational excellence.
* Ensuring compliance with all OH&S policies and relevant state and national legislation.
Previous experience as a senior casual, key holder, 3IC, or supervisor in a high-volume retail environment is essential. A proactive, hands-on leader with a 'results-driven' mindset is required.
