Together, we have several decades of experience with masterplanning, retail, comercial and hospitality type projects and, as such, we have made the conscious decision to focus the new practice around these types of projects – including town centre masterplanning.
We are now seeking a Project Architect and an Experienced Graduate of Architecture to join our growing team and contribute to an exciting portfolio of projects.
Position Overview:
We are looking for collaborative and creative individuals with experience in commercial, retail and hospitality projects to join team. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in architectural principles, a keen eye for design and detailing, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Run and manage projects from concept to completion.
* Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and detailed plans.
* Prepare architectural drawings, documentation, and presentations.
* Coordinate with consultant information, liaise with suppliers, contractors and other key stakeholders.
* Ensure that designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and client requirements.
* Contribute to project meetings and provide input on design strategies and solutions.
* Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience post graduation in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite.
* Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Architectural experience in retail and commercial projects is highly desirable, but not necessary.
