Your new role
As a Marketing Officer (APS5), you will support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and behaviour change. Working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you'll contribute to campaign planning, execution, and evaluation, while managing key administrative and stakeholder engagement tasks. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, including content planning, project management, and evaluation.
* Drafting accessible written content and conducting desktop research to inform campaign strategies.
* Managing supplier coordination, contracts, and budgetary administration.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
* Analysing campaign performance and reporting on outcomes.
* Building and maintaining networks to support targeted and impactful marketing activities.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
* Qualifications in marketing or a related field.
* Proven experience in delivering high-quality marketing campaigns.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
* Skills in contract management and campaign analysis.
* A detail-oriented, collaborative mindset with a passion for social good.
Desirable:
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, public relations, or business.
* Experience in behaviour change campaigns.
* Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
