Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across SMP (Structural, Mechanical & Piping) projects throughout WA and NT.
This is not a desk-bound sales role. This is about being on site and in front of decision‐makers, identifying, shaping and securing projects where we install pipe, tube and hose systems for hydraulic and lubrication infrastructure.

The Opportunity
You will focus on securing and developing on‐site SMP projects, typically ranging from $100K to $10M, across mining, oil & gas and heavy industrial sectors.
Your Tasks
* Hunting and qualifying new project opportunities
* Developing strong, multi‐tier relationships across Tier 1 & Tier 2 construction contractors
* Building and maintaining a disciplined pipeline
* Converting opportunities into profitable, executable work
You won't be doing it alone. You'll be supported by a highly capable commercial management and technical operations team meaning you can focus on winning work and building relationships, while internal teams support quoting, engineering and commercial structuring.
About You
* Relevant industry experience
* Strong construction/SMP background
* Demonstrated success securing mid‐to‐large project work
* You understand how construction projects are won.
* High accountability around targets and opportunity conversion
* Proven ability to build trusted, multi‐tier customer relationships
* Comfortable operating across mining, oil & gas, water or heavy industrial sectors
* A mechanical trade or engineering qualification is advantageous but not essential.
Most importantly, you bring a large, established contact base across WA/NT construction and SMP networks.
