We are now looking for a passionate, commercially driven and engagingRegional Sales Managerto join our Leadership team.Based in Newcastle, you will be responsible for 18+ stores throughoutNewcastle & Northern NSWarea.
No optical experience is required– we provide world class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities
Lead, inspire and engage high-performing teams that are geographically dispersed.
Cross-departmental thought andchange leadership, ensuring strategic, customer and operational priorities are aligned with others and executed within your retail business.
Ability tobe flexibleand operate in a dynamic environment.
Assure day-to-day operations including customer experience, team member experience, store presentation and salesmeet Brand expectations.
Managing P&L and meeting business metrics.
Maintainclear and effective communicationsbetween Support Centre and stores.
Use feedback toinfluence priorities and drive changethat enhances the customer experience and supports the team.
Growth andcontinuous improvement mindset.
Recruit, source &develop your teamto be leaders in their own right.
Be aculture ambassador, sharing your passion for retail, customer experience and shared wins with your team.
About you
Has demonstrated ability delivering consistent sales and profit results in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
Can quickly assess opportunities for sales improvement and growth across functions such as marketing, VM, people and sales KPIs.
Possesses strong experience in customer service (luxury & apparel experience highly valued).
Brings experience leading and developing sales teams.
Previously led from afar regional location stores.
