Our client: Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join their team in a permanent, full‐time capacity. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a community role in Karratha, WA.
* Prescribe equipment and provide tailored recommendations to support client needs.
* Deliver ongoing therapy and wellness solutions for NDIS and other scheme participants.
* Support clients in achieving optimal mental and physical outcomes.
* Work in line with the training plan and position description provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely and effective Occupational Therapy services.
* Complete Occupational Therapy‐specific assessments, including home safety management for NDIS participants and aged care clients.
* Conduct functional assessments to help NDIS participants maximise capacity and social engagement.
* Provide assessment and treatment across diverse age groups, with a strong focus on neurological conditions.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‐quality, patient‐centred care.
* Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and dynamic workplace that encourages professional development and career growth.

About You:
* Bachelor's degree or Masters in Occupational Therapy
* AHPRA registration
* Membership at relevant professional body
* Goal orientated, professional and business focused
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and trust
* Ability to meet targets and exceed client/patient satisfaction
* Creating a safe and relaxed environment where clients feel comfortable
