Internal Sales Coordinator, approximately 20 hours per week, based in O'Connor

**Your new role**
As a part-time Internal Sales Coordinator you will work within a small team; responsible for customer queries and requests, maintenance of existing and future customer details, coordinating sales and service activities and maintaining long term positive relationships with your customer base. Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Receive and action inbound customer sales enquiries efficiently and identify sales leads
- Outbound communication to existing customers to advise of upcoming maintenance and offer additional product solutions
- Provide quality service and support throughout the customer journey including building customer relationships, provide advice on equipment selection and the associated features and benefits
- Keep up to date with product and service information including market and industry changes enabling you to offer your customers with the right solutions
- General administration duties and warehouse support
**What you'll need to succeed**
As a part-time Internal Sales Coordinator you will join a small and cohesive team therefore the ability to be flexible to support your colleagues with their roles is crucial. You will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Ability to understand technical products, service and technology offerings that the company offers and be able to communicate this knowledge to customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior customer service experience in both inbound and outbound environments
- Good organisation skills which allow you to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
- Manual handling ability enabling you to support the small warehouse team as required
- Provide a National Police Clearance
