About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of the Technical Support Department, you will play a vital role in providing expert assistance to service agents, contractors, and consumers.
* You will be responsible for offering general and technical support for Temperzone products in the Australian market.
* Assist service agents with spare parts selection and provide technical service and commissioning support via phone, email, or fax.
* Liaise with service agents, contractors, and consumers to ensure seamless support and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Support the classification and reuse of returned goods.
* Assist with investigations into equipment failures and parts recovery.
* Develop and deliver training sessions on Temperzone products to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in the air conditioning industry.
* HVAC service, diagnostic, and commissioning expertise.
* High-level knowledge of systems controls and mechanics.
