The Role:
We are seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Resources and Industrial team. You'll contribute to complex engineering projects from day one, developing technical skills and understanding client relationships and project delivery. You'll work with internal and external stakeholders to support world-class projects, in a supportive environment that values learning, innovation, and collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting in the structural design and analysis of mining, heavy industry, or industrial projects
Supporting the preparation of engineering documentation and technical reports
Collaborating with senior engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality outcomes
Learning to interpret and apply relevant Australian Standards
Contributing to a culture of safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree: Final year or completed Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
Interest: Strong interest in the resources and mining industry.
Commencement: Able to start by February 2026; mid-year graduates able to start by July 2026.
