The Print School (TPS) is the digital education arm of Longina Phillips Designs, Australia's most established textile design studio. We teach surface pattern design to a global community of creatives through 12 self‐paced courses on Kajabi. We're looking for someone to help us grow.
The role
You'll work directly with our design team, owning the day‐to‐day execution and strategy of TPS campaigns. We want someone who brings ideas, tests them, reads the data, and tells us what's working.
What you'll do
Plan and run product launch campaigns from concept to post‐launch reporting. Manage paid advertising across Meta, Pinterest, and Google. Build and send email campaigns to our subscriber list. Manage organic social across our channels. Analyse spend, ROI, and campaign performance, then bring recommendations to the table. Test new ideas and tell us when something isn't working.
You're probably right for this if
You have 1‐3 years of hands‐on marketing experience, ideally with a brand or in‐house team. You've actually run Meta ads or email campaigns yourself, not just watched someone else do it. You're analytical by nature and comfortable with numbers. You're curious about creative industries and education businesses. You write well.
