We are seeking a Compliance Officer to fill the key position of ensuring our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct planned and unplanned site visits across multiple locations.
* Evaluate practices and environments against relevant laws and regulations.
* Develop and write clear compliance reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
* Provide feedback and guidance to Centre Directors and Educators.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in the early childhood education and care sector.
* Excellent knowledge of national legislation and regulations.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
* Current driver's licence.
* Deep understanding of the National Law, National Regulations and Quality Framework.
