Job Title: Shop Operations Manager
We're seeking an experienced Shop Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at a premium vehicle repair specialist.
This is a hands-on leadership role, where you'll ensure the team delivers high-quality, timely, and cost-effective repairs meeting industry standards and customer expectations. You'll work closely with technicians, parts suppliers, and admin staff, maintaining productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
* Lead day-to-day shop operations and ensure all policies and procedures are followed
* Process incoming vehicles and oversee workflow
* Coordinate and manage parts, paint, and consumables
* Monitor repair progress and ensure quality standards are met
* Support targets for profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction
* Maintain a clean and organised shop environment
This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to manage deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is also essential.
