Role Overview
We're looking for a Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences in a vibrant, high-volume kitchen. This is your chance to step into a hands-on leadership role at one of the region's standout venues.
The Role
Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Leading and mentoring the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality
Running sections during service and maintaining high standards of food and hygiene
Assisting with menu development, costing, and stock management
Ensuring compliance with food safety and WHS regulations
About You
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie in high-volume kitchens
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Calm under pressure, flexible, and hands-on
Passion for creating great food and a seamless dining experience
