**How will I help?**
**Key Role Requirements**
- Govern and facilitate Material and Major supplier Governance activities.
- Manage, monitor and drive supplier compliance and governance to assure risk controls and issues.
- Work collaboratively in a team of Governance Managers and Governance Associates.
- Deliver governance expertise, execute essential activities and establish influential relationships with key business stakeholders.
- Champion and embed supplier governance across the Group, while driving continuous improvement.
- Lead regulatory and policy change initiatives.
- Develop, enhance and maintain reporting on Westpac's supplier risk and governance environment.
- Provide support and governance over end-to-end supplier governance activities ensuring Regulatory and Group Policy compliance.
- Ensure quality assurance for Material and Major outsourcing suppliers.

**What do I need?**
- Proficiency in supplier governance and risk management.
- Highly effective stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant tertiary studies (desirable).
