About The Role

We are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support the delivery of our people programs and help build the foundations of a great employee experience. In this role, you will work closely with our P&C team to coordinate key HR processes, support recruitment activity, and ensure our people operations run smoothly as we scale.

Your Responsibilities
* Coordinate recruitment administration, including job postings, interview scheduling and candidate communications.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
* Assist in the delivery of people programs including performance reviews, engagement surveys and learning & development initiatives.
* Provide first‐line HR support to employees and managers on policy and process queries.
* Contribute to employer branding, EVP and culture initiatives.
* Support reporting and analytics across key people metrics.
* Ensure compliance with workplace legislation and company policies.
Your Experience And Skills
* 1–2+ years of experience in an HR, People & Culture role.
* Understanding of recruitment processes and HR administration.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine interest in people.
* Proficiency in HRIS platforms, ATS tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
* A proactive, can‐do attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology or a related discipline (desirable).
