Disability Support Worker
We are seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our team. This role involves providing direct support to individuals with disabilities, assisting them with daily living tasks and promoting independence.
* Provide domestic and personal care assistance
* Assist customers to access community services and activities
* Support customers with their daily routines and goals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Ability and willingness to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays
* Resilience, confidence and ability to work independently and as a team
* Strong communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships
