About the Role
We are looking for experienced Pathology Collector to service Casino and surrounding areas. Your primary duties will be to take blood and other specimens from patients including performing ECG's and Holter monitoring.
Skills and Experience
* Venepuncture experience essential with vacutainer method
* Collection of blood and other samples from patients
* Experience in ECGs ABP and Holter monitors
* Processing of Pathology Specimens
* Ability to work alone and as part of a busy team
* Clerical duties and process paperwork
* Current QLD driver licence
* Ability to communicate with the team, referring Doctors
* Ability to provide dedication to patient care and service delivery
* Ability to demonstrate organization and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
* Comply with Work Health and Safety
* Australian permanent residency or citizenship required
* Working with Children Check required
