About the Role:
Join our team as a Mobile Phone Repair Technician, specialising in troubleshooting, inspection, hardware and software repairs for OPPO products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Follow technical guidelines and resources to perform daily repairs.
* Diagnose and repair smartphones with precision and efficiency.
* Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
* Conduct quality control testing to ensure high standards.
* Provide professional and friendly solutions to customers, including network, connection, and third-party compatibility testing.
* Ensure safe and secure repair and assessment processes.
* Continuously develop product and technical knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
* Communicate and coordinate with wider teams to maintain project timelines and stable performance.
Requirements:
* Experience in mobile phone repair or a related technical field.
* A strong interest in technology and smartphones.
* A positive, conscientious, analytical, and structured approach to problem-solving and testing.
* A strong sense of teamwork, personal integrity, responsibility, and accountability.
* Minimum 2+ years of mobile phone repair experience required.
