Job Overview

The primary role of this position is to provide exceptional customer support and manage social media platforms.

This includes responding to emails, resolving customer issues, and keeping customers informed about their orders and deliveries. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing returns and exchanges from start to finish, assisting directors with occasional tasks, and handling administrative duties such as data entry and file organisation.
