About your new role:
* Lead a classroom with enthusiasm, engaging effectively with children, families, educators, and the community.
* Manage day-to-day classroom operations and maintain flexible routines.
* Mentor and lead your classroom team, fostering collaboration, reflection, and respect.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Transition to School Program.
* Tailor educational programs to meet the individual needs of our children.
* Build strong relationships and partnerships with children, families, and the community.
A little about you:
* A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.
* Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma certifications.
* NSW Teachers Registration.
* Strong understanding of EYLF and NQF.
* Confidence in building strong relationships with children and families.
