Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Family Law Advocate to join our team. In this critical role, you will provide high-quality legal services to vulnerable individuals and families in Victoria and New South Wales.
Key Responsibilities
* To provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters.
* To work collaboratively with other professionals and service providers to deliver integrated services and support to clients.
* To assist women who have experienced or are experiencing family violence through a range of support services and interventions.
Requirements
* A current practicing certificate as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
* Demonstrated relevant experience in a legal setting and in court representation.
* Admission as a legal practitioner in Victoria, with at least two years post-admission experience.
