Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and qualified educator to join our kindergarten team in Portland. The successful candidate will provide a safe, inclusive, responsive, and supportive educational program for young children.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Teaching (or equivalent) - essential.
* First aid training as prescribed by the Education and Care Services National Regulations, including first aid, anaphylaxis management, and emergency asthma management.
* Extensive experience in a Kindergarten and/or other early childhood setting providing high-quality care and education services for children.
* Leadership experience in a Kindergarten and/or other early childhood setting.
* Sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development.
