Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Junior Sales Representatives. All selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program that covers financial markets, client engagement, compliance, and product offerings before transitioning to a full‐time, client‐facing role.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate fully in the onboarding and training program.
* Assist in identifying and engaging prospective clients through research and outreach.
* Support presentations of financial products tailored to client needs (post‐training).
* Help manage and maintain strong client relationships.
* Address client inquiries professionally and ensure a seamless experience.
* Accurately record activities, interactions, and client data.
* Stay informed about market trends, financial products, and competitors.
* Collaborate with senior sales and internal departments to support sales strategy.

* Ability to commit to and complete a structured training program.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Recent graduates, third or fourth year.
Preferred Qualifications
* RG146 Certification in Generic Knowledge, Foreign Exchange, or Derivatives.
* Multilingual or bilingual abilities.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
* Prior experience in sales, especially in financial services.
* Interest and passion for global financial markets.
