About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to support individuals with disabilities in living independently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Living Tasks:
* Assisting with daily routines, such as bathing and dressing,
* Maintaining a safe and clean home environment
2. Community Participation:
* Accompanying participants on outings, including shopping and social activities
* Supporting development of skills for independence, including cooking and budgeting
3. Encouraging Engagement:
* Building confidence in community settings through participation in activities
